The Hexagonal Bead Winding Line is fully integrated into the INTEREUROPEAN Bead Apex Chipper & Flipper Cell (BACFA) and provided with it.
Presence of the wire pre-cast/pre-bending system eliminates any need for manual wire end splicing to the bead.
Nevertheless, an optional fully automated wire end wrapping system can be provided upon request to the customers, whose process specifications still require it
